Pig Butcher Class - Sat, Dec 5th

Are you interested in learning more about growing and processing your own pigs to feed your family?

Join the Darron Marzolf of Marzolf meats, a 3rd generation butcher for his pig husbandry and processing workshop right here at our farm. Perfect for all those interested in exploring where their food comes from. This is going to be a hands-on, experiential, get dirty and learn something new adventure for all involved!

This class is geared towards the homesteader interested in small scale production, however we'll touch on small-scale production for sales in our talks as well.

The workshop costs $175 per person, includes all of the above, and we will cook some prepared pork onsite, share recipes, and you will walk away with several pounds of sausages, bacon, and so much more.
